Uniorbit Technologies in collaboration with RBL Bank, State Bank of Mauritius, and Liquiloans has launch the UNI Pay 1/3rd Card. This credit card helps to remove the financial burden from a credit card user who is unable to pay the credit card bill in full. You can use this credit card to divide your payment into three equal installments without any extra charge. Suppose your Uni Card has an outstanding bill of INR 75000 then you can pay this bill into three equal installments of INR 25000 each. The issuer will not charge any interest on the payments you make in three months. However, if you make the full payment of the Uni Credit Card bill then you will earn a cashback of 1% on the bill payment.

Difference between Uni cards & credit cards

UNI Card is not the same as regular credit cards. But if you are having the Uni Pay 1/3rd Card then you have the option to pay the bill of this credit card in three equal installments without paying any interest or charge. On the other hand, if you pay the whole Uni card bill at once in the first month and don’t split the bill then you will get a cashback of 1% on the billing amount. 

You can even divide payment into 1/3rd of the grocery bills, essential items, fashion sales, and emergency bills. Suppose you have to pay your essential items bill of INR 15000 then you have the option to clear this bill into three equal installments of INR 5000 each every month without paying any interest or extra fee.

Uni Cards Credit Limit

The minimum credit limit available on Uni Card is INR 20000. If you have a high Cibil Score and high income then you can get a credit limit of a maximum of up to INR 6 Lacs. But the exact credit limit of this card is decide by the company on the basis of your Cibil Score and income. If you are having a Cibil Score of 750 and above then you will get a high credit limit. Even if you have a  high income then also you can get a high credit limit. So, the credit limit of Uni Cards is not specify and it will be decide after applying for this credit card and disclosing your income and Cibil Score to the company.

Eligibility Criteria for Uni Cards

  • The minimum age require for the applicant is 25 years.
  • The maximum age to apply for this credit card is 60 years.
  • Only Indian Residents are allow to apply for this credit card.
  • You will need a stable income to apply for this card.
  • You will need a good credit score when you apply for UNI Pay 1/3rd Card.
